Raising your head and observing the clouds will bring your awareness into the present moment. A sense of connection to the shapes and movement of the clouds will keep your attention flowing in the now.
Grounding yourself in the present moment in nature, calms the nervous system into a state of social engagement. No longer thinking of the past or future, but experiencing a connection with the present moment.
You cannot change what has happened, nor what has not happened, but you can choose how you wish to respond in the present time.
